With a 7-1 record, including a 6-1 mark on the road, the Bears will be eager to add to that total. Northern Colorado has enjoyed success on November 25. UNC has never beaten a team from the Big 12 in its previous six attempts. The Jayhawks bested the Bears, 81-54, back in 2009 at Allen Fieldhouse. After leading the Big Sky in field goal percentage as a freshman, Davis landed on the Preseason All-Big Sky Team this fall.Įight returners, including four of the five starters from last season, are set to don the Blue and Gold once again this season. ![]() Speaking of the sophomore forward, Davis' efforts a season ago garnered much-earned respect around the conference. Alisha Davis led all scorers with a career-high 32 points against the Hornets. Before falling to a tough Montana State team, the Bears knocked off Sacramento State in the first round of the Big Sky Championships.
